Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Trainer & Program Designer
, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Trainer & Program Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the training programs . This role plays as part of our Program Designer and Trainer Team, who will work closely with the Sales Team to design, develop, present and propose learning solutions based on or customize the corporate on-shelf products that align with clients' needs and business challenges—using a consultative selling approach, and to also run the program as a Trainer. Candidates are preferably expected to hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field, along with experience in the corporate training sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Head of Program Designer to understand client needs and strategic goals
  • Design customized training solutions (classroom is preferred, online, blended) aligned with business and program objectives
  • Support proposal creation and program presentations for prospective clients
  • Translate consultative discussions into effective and engaging learning experiences
  • Keep learning content up to date with market trends and client demands
  • Convert the training outlines into the training materials and training activities
  • Deliver and run the training program or work with assigned facilitators/trainers to ensure program readiness

Here Are The Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as a trainer, and also in training design, instructional design, or learning & development
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and adult learning strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and client-facing teams
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
