We're looking for someone who loves working with people

numbers As our Affiliate Marketing, you'll be in charge of finding the right affiliates, building strong relationships, and making sure everyone's performing at their best

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new affiliates that match our brand vibe
  • Onboard and guide affiliates to understand products, tools & promo
  • Track affiliate performance and provide regular updates
  • Maintain relationships through WhatsApp, group chats, and check-ins
  • Work with marketing to supply content & campaign materials
  • Analyze what's working and suggest improvements to grow the program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or community management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiar with digital marketing, social media, and affiliate tools
  • Comfortable using Excel/Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented
  • Creative thinker who loves finding new ways to grow performance
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams

Willing to WFO at Sedayu 09:00 - 18:00
