General Description

Product Development Senior Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our general trade business. This role will drive the innovation and development of new and existing products, ensuring they meet market demands and maintain the highest standards of quality and uniqueness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring they align with company goals and market trends.
  2. Enhance and refine existing product lines for improved quality, profitability, and market relevance.
  3. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure cohesive product strategies.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities.
  5. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within timelines and budgets.
  6. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all products meet regulatory and company standards.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.
  8. Manage budgets and resources for product development projects effectively.
Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years experience in handling FMCG and Beverages product development.Strong understanding of market research, product marketing, and related fields.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willing to be place at Bandung.
