Job Description

  • Proficiency in using YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit and other overseas platforms for product marketing and brand promotion, mainly to promote the achievement of sales.
  • According to the marketing purpose, formulate cooperation terms flexibly, and analyze and monitor the performance of KOL.
  • Classify online celebrities according to marketing goals (UGC, Traffic boosting, Converted sales) and completion effects (CPM, ROAS)
  • Have the common function formula of excel (such as: Vlookup, Sum, Averaged, Countifs, etc.), the use of pivot table
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports, data collation
  • Maintain, manage and arrange all influencers, develop marketing plan according to marketing purpose (manager)
  • Coordinate the team, regularly output case sharing, newcomer induction training (manager)
  • Responsible for the aggregation and analysis of team data (manager)

Requirement

  • Male or Female
  • Good attitude
  • Min.experiences 3-5 years in the same position/similar field.
  • Can speak Mandarin and English
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or any similar field
  • Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing tools & trends.
  • Proven experience in using social media platforms as marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
