Sales General Trade

Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Penjualan dan Distribusi Produk:
- Menawarkan dan menjual produk perusahaan kepada pelanggan di area General Trade.
- Memastikan ketersediaan produk di setiap outlet dan memantau stok pelanggan.
- Mencapai target penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan yang telah ditetapkan.
- Melakukan canvassing dan membuka outlet baru di wilayah tanggung jawab.
- Pengelolaan Pelanggan:
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan repeat order.
- Mengumpulkan pesanan, menindaklanjuti pengiriman, dan memastikan pembayaran sesuai kesepakatan.
- Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.
- Melakukan update data outlet dan rute penjualan secara berkala.
- Implementasi Program & Promosi:
- Menjalankan program promosi dan aktivitas marketing di area penjualan.
- Memastikan penempatan display, POS material, dan branding sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
- Memberikan informasi promosi kepada pelanggan dan membantu pelaksanaannya di lapangan.
- Pelaporan & Koordinasi:
- Membuat laporan penjualan harian dan mingguan kepada atasan langsung.
- Melaporkan kondisi pasar, aktivitas kompetitor, serta potensi pelanggan baru.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim delivery, admin, dan finance terkait pemesanan dan pengiriman barang.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (diutamakan D3/S1 di bidang Pemasaran atau Bisnis).
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales GT, lebih disukai di industri consumer goods / food & beverage.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan sistem rute penjualan.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor) dan SIM C aktif.
- Jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi di lapangan.
Kompetensi yang Dibutuhkan:
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Kemampuan menjual dan membangun kepercayaan pelanggan di kanal tradisional.
- Market Understanding: Memahami karakter pelanggan di pasar tradisional dan dinamika kompetitor.
- Customer Relationship Management: Kemampuan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan.
- Result Oriented: Fokus pada pencapaian target penjualan dan distribusi.
- Problem Solving: Mampu menangani masalah di lapangan dengan cepat dan tepat.
- Adaptability: Mampu beradaptasi dengan berbagai karakter pelanggan dan situasi pasar.
