Objektif Pekerjaan :
- Mengawasi aktivitas yang melibatkan operasional area parkir, kebersihan area taman, fasilitas umum dan pest control.
- Melaksanakan pengecekan fire fighting system dan item safety gedung, menyusun laporan kerja HSE, serta mengadakan pelatihan dan simulasi keadaan darurat.
- Melakukan pendataan dan pelaporan dari pengelolaan gedung beserta keseluruhan fasilitas.
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan pengelolaan area untuk memastikan pengerjaan dengan benar dan melakukan koreksi dan koordinasi bila tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan.
- Melakukan kontrol inventory pada logistik secara efisien dan menjaga kualitas pelayanan kepada tenant.
- Melaksanakan segala kebijakan, instruksi, tugas dan arahan pimpinan yang ditetapkan kemudian.
Persyaratan Jabatan :
- Pendidikan : Minimal S1 Semua Jurusan.
- Pengalaman Kerja : 1 Tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama di bidang HSE (Diutamakan dari industri Apartment/Building Office).
- Keahlian/Keterampilan : Mampu mengerjakan laporan bulanan terkait dengan aktivitas operasional area & laporan penggunaan fasilitas dalam area.
- Bersedia bekerja di PIK 2.
