Responsibilities

  • To drive digital development for Onboarding & Consumer Finance in digibank. Delivering the project to ensure customer's JTBD is fullfilled.

  • To understand customer's JTBD to ensure the delivery of relevant digital journeys

  • To ensure the digital journeys to be delivered in the timeline manner with superior journey

  • To ensure the delivery of the digital journey would be aligned with overall bank's strategy

  • To ensure the digital journey to answer customer's JTBD

  • To manage the cost of delivery to be within the budget

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years working experience
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work under pressure
  • Have strategic thinking, good decision making and problem solving
  • Tech Savvy, have updated view on the technology & customers solutions
  • Discipline, structured and organized in managing the timeline
