Overview
Alcotech Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company specializing in the wholesale of medical, professional, scientific, and precision equipment, with management consultancy services for healthcare organizations as a secondary activity.
We are an established company with subsidiary entities across Southeast Asia, focusing on ASEAN markets for our business expansion. PT Alcotech in Indonesia has been operational for over two years and is part of our regional structure supporting medical device registration and distribution.
Our current local director will be exiting due to migration, and we are seeking a new Nominee Director to assume this role and ensure continued compliance with Indonesian business and legal requirements.
Our Requirement
We are looking for a trusted and responsible Nominee Director for PT Alcotech (Indonesia). The role primarily involves fulfilling statutory and regulatory obligations as required by Indonesian law. This position is nominal in nature and does not require involvement in day-to-day business operations.
All business activities, including coordination with the Indonesian Ministry of Health for medical device registration, are managed by our in-house regulatory specialists.
Compensation will be commensurate with the responsibilities involved. We are transparent with our business activities and will provide full disclosure to the appointed director to establish trust and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Serve as the official Nominee Director for PT Alcotech (Indonesia).
● Sign and review statutory and legal documents as required under Indonesian company law.
● Ensure compliance with relevant corporate governance requirements.
● Liaise with the parent company and local authorities when needed.
Requirements
- ● Must be an Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia Jakarta.
● Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
● Willing to serve for a minimum of 12 months (renewable).
● Trustworthy, reliable, and willing to maintain confidentiality under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Preferred Qualifications
- ● Prior experience serving as a company director or nominee director.
● Familiarity with Indonesian company law and regulatory procedures.
● Background in administrative, legal, or business management roles.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed based on the scope of responsibilities and the level of engagement required.
