Aman Digital mencari seorang profesional yang berpengalaman di dunia media televisi, agensi kreatif, atau digital marketing, yang memiliki jaringan luas serta pemahaman mendalam tentang industri influencer dan brand. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk:

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Mencari, mengidentifikasi, dan merekrut YouTuber/influencer potensial yang sesuai dengan brand dan campaign yang dikelola.
  2. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan content creator, talent management, dan komunitas influencer.
  3. Membuka peluang kolaborasi dengan brand (local & nasional) untuk kerja sama campaign, endorsement, maupun co-branding.
  4. Menyusun strategi akuisisi dan aktivasi influencer sesuai dengan target audiens dan tujuan campaign.
  5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (content, creative, legal, sales) untuk kelancaran eksekusi kerja sama.
  6. Negosiasi kontrak, fee, dan bentuk kerja sama dengan influencer dan brand partner.
  7. Memantau tren industri influencer, campaign digital, dan dinamika pasar untuk memberikan insight strategis.
  8. Membuat laporan performa dan analisa hasil kerja sama (influencer & brand).

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di industri TV, agency, media digital, atau talent management.
  2. Memiliki jaringan yang luas dengan influencer/YouTuber, khususnya di Indonesia.
  3. Berpengalaman dalam negosiasi dan kerja sama dengan brand.
  4. Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan mampu membangun relasi profesional yang kuat.
  5. Memahami tren digital, strategi campaign, serta tools analisis performa influencer (seperti Social Blade, HypeAuditor, dll).
  6. Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu dengan target yang ketat.
  7. Kreatif, strategis, dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen proyek yang baik.
