Job Description:

  1. Prepare payment, bank transfers and do the bank transactions (Invoice with all supporting document).
  2. Follow up AP Outstanding.
  3. List payment and update bank balance.
  4. Coordinate, plan, and control cash flow from bills.
  5. Manage payment activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts.
  6. Manage cash/bank advance outstanding.
  7. Prepared daily cash flow.
  8. Daily cash expenditures.

Job Requirement:

  1. Minimum Bachelor\'s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or other equivalent fields.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience in a related field, particularly in Finance, Account Payable, or Treasury positions with high transaction volume.
  3. Strong understanding of financial management, including account payable, treasury, and banking processes.
  4. Possess strong analytical skills, high level of dedication, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve financial issues through sound decision-making.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Willing to be placed in Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster.
