Job Requirements:

  • Min. SMA/D3/S1 all major.
  • Placement: Rata Clinic (Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya)
  • Experience in Customer Relations / Frontliner / Receptionist, preferably in Healthcare / Bank sector with minimum of 2 years (having a certificate in customer service or customer relations can be a plus)
  • Experience in interacting with clients or customers directly.
  • Experience in handling and resolving customers complaint or problem quickly and effectively.
  • Has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM Tools.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Willing to work on public holiday with shifty working hours.

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle and maintain end-to-end customer journey and customer experience.
  • Respond to patient inquiries with clear and accurate information regarding clinic service, doctor schedules, medical procedures and costs.
  • Ensure patients are satisfied with their service experience both in clinic/online and conduct surveys or ask for patient feedback to improve service quality.
