Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing closing-related activities and producing accurate monthly financial statements.
  • Managing and optimizing ERP systems to support financial closing, reporting, and audit processes.
  • Implementing tax and accounting planning for all company operations in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Identifying tax and accounting issues or potential risks and preparing strategies and mitigation plans.
  • Monitoring and implementing changes in tax regulations or financial reporting and responding in the company's best interest.
  • Responsible for providing information to external parties, including tax consultants, auditors, inspectors, investigators, and legal counsel, regarding accounting and taxation matters.
  • Overseeing audit or inspection processes in the areas of accounting and taxation, and summarizing findings from each process.
  • Executing procedures to ensure timely completion of financial and tax reports for both internal and external purposes.
  • Managing archiving and documentation related to financial and tax reports.

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and experience ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in monthly/annual closing, financial statements, tax reconciliation, and handling tax dispute or audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and tax data, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain tax and accounting matters clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership capability with experience supervising or mentoring junior team members; strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
