Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department;
  • Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations;
  • Monitor attainment of objectives;
  • Help director to translate document in English/Mandarin/Bahasa;
  • Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed;
  • Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives;
  • Fulfill duties as assigned by the director;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (from any major) with 1-2 years experience in similar position;
  • 1-2 years ecommerce experience is preferable;
  • Must fluent in Mandarin both writing and speaking;
  • Fast learning with diversity thinking and innovation capability;
  • Strategic thinking and business development experience;
  • Business analytical skills for complex business challenges;
  • High quality verbal communication, especially around strategic direction;
  • Strong negotiation skills in tense situation as well as resolving conflict;
  • Excellent time management and communication.
