Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive content plans and publish high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Build marketing strategies for SkaiWork and SkaiLaw aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and product) to ensure content relevance and alignment with business goals.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns, including developing marketing design strategies.

  • Monitor and evaluate content performance, providing analytical insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports for SkaiWork's Instagram & TikTok, as well as SkaiLaw's Instagram.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist and Content Creator.

Proficient in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut/VN (a must).

  • Solid understanding of content marketing and copywriting techniques.

  • Highly creative with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
