What You Will Experience:

  • Analyse demand data and trends to develop accurate and reliable forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production, inventory, and distribution plans with forecasted demand
  • Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators and continuously refine forecasting models
  • Lead a team of demand planning professionals and mentor them for professional development
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on supply chain optimisation

What is Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a demand planning or supply chain role, preferably from FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with various departments
  • Proficient in using demand planning and forecasting software
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior staff
