Job Description :

  • Develop plans and strategies to achieve export sales target and expand overseas market
  • Responsible with surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of export customers
  • Maintain trustworthy-professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients
  • Open opportunities for marketing abroad and dealing with prospective buyers, also conduct internal coordination with various departments in order to open up export markets
  • Coordinate the offers, negotiation materials, contracts, export documents, and so on with the team
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of export goods with related parties
  • Handling Administration (Payment, Invoice, B/L Documentation) & Trade preparation documents

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major / Master's Degree is a pluspoin
  • Have PPJK Certification
  • Experienced being handling overseas market for at least 5 years, in FMCG companies (especially F&B products)
  • Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations
  • Proficient in language, where the products are being marketed, especially in English (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in Mandarin language (written & verbal) is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment
  • Willing to travel abroad
