PT. Karya Asri Persada, a company engaged in the sale of engine spare parts suppliers, governor calibration, fuel injection pumps, commonrail and conventional injector services, diesel engine overhauls and air starters. Currently seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team in Central Jakarta and North Jakarta. In this role, you will be a key part of our efforts to expand our reach and increase sales of our products in the dynamic Indonesian market.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Prospecting and identifying potential customers or clients in the target market.

2. Conducting regular visits to customers or potential customers to introduce our products and services.

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers or clients to encourage repeat purchases.

4. Understanding customer or client needs and providing appropriate solutions.

5. Recording and reporting sales progress and sales plans to management.

6. Assisting the sales team in developing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication Studies

2. Excellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills.

3. Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

4. Good flexibility and adaptability.

5. Possess a motorized vehicle and a Class C or Class A driver's license for transportation to customers or clients.

6. Placement in Kemayoran and Sunter.
