Section Manager Operations (Placement: Manado, North Sulawesi)

Requirement;

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Supervisor minimal 3 tahun / lebih.
  3. Bersedia ditugaskan di luar domisili.
  4. Mampu membantu dalam perekrutan karyawan toko.
  5. Mampu membantu store manager mengenai administrasi kepegawaian, meliputi jadwal kerja, etc. untuk karyawan bagian depan.
  6. Memiliki kemampuan dalam mendevelop people, pemberian training dan penilaian terhadap hasil kerja karyawan.
  7. Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola VCM/Planogram termasuk evaluasi VCM/Planogram.
  8. Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola produk di toko, meliput expired date produk, damage, etc.
  9. Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengatasi anti-theaf, kebersihan store, dan pelayanan di toko.
  10. Memiliki pengalaman untuk mengalaisa dan menilai penjualan produk (SKU) di toko, merencanakan kebutuhan produk, etc.
  11. Memiliki pengalaman dalam membatu pembukaan toko baru

Job Responsibilities;

  1. Bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur area penjualan (depan) secara menyeluruh (meliputi; kebersihan, anti-theft, pelayanan, display, dll)
  2. Membantu Store Manager dalam mengelola administrasi dan dan sistem kerja area penjualan (depan).
  3. Bertanggung jawab membantu Store Manager mengatur sistem kerja seluruh staff area depan.
  4. Bertugas mengelola, mengatur, dan mengevaluasi VCM/Planogram.
  5. Bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelatihan dan penilaian kinerja staff area penjualan (depan).
  6. Berkoordinasi dengan Leader Area Tengah dan Belakang dalam operasional toko setiap harinya.
