Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a global company with a distribution network spanning over 100 countries.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and guide the activities of technical sales representatives and their assistants.Motivate and support the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell products or services.Expand and nurture the customer base to maximize sales opportunities.Ensure customer retention by delivering prompt service and addressing any complaints efficiently.Manage and supervise the maintenance of customer databases to ensure accuracy.Lead the accounts receivable team in managing and collecting outstanding balances.Evaluate competitor pricing and sales approaches to inform strategic decisions.Formulate comprehensive sales strategies across both offline and online channels.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.Minimum of 7 years of experience within the Food industry, particularly in foodservice, is essential.Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is highly preferred.Demonstrated success in sales, distributor management, or key account management.Strong skills in sales, food and beverage service, hospitality, leadership, Microsoft Office, computer literacy, and teamwork.Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, as the entire recruitment process and job communications will be conducted in English.Candidates with supervisory or coordinator experience in sales—especially in corporate settings—will be given preference.Based in Medan, with responsibility for the North Sumatra region.Benefits
