Position: Marketing Staff (FnB)

Job Description:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase outlet traffic and boost both online and offline sales.

  2. Create and implement promotional campaigns (soft selling & hard selling) across social media, marketplaces, and surrounding areas.

  3. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging promotional materials aligned with the brand's identity.

  4. Analyze the performance of content, ads, and campaigns using data (reach, engagement, conversion, sales growth).

  5. Manage collaborations with influencers, communities, and local events to expand brand exposure.

  6. Maintain customer databases and design CRM activities (loyalty programs, promotions, memberships).

  7. Conduct market and competitor research in the F&B industry to identify new marketing opportunities.

  8. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and provide insights for strategy improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing; experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.

  3. Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing strategies (social media, digital ads, partnerships, in-store promotions).

  4. Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.

  5. Skilled in analyzing marketing performance metrics (reach, CTR, ROAS, engagement).

  6. Creative, communicative, and highly aware of content trends relevant to younger audiences.

  7. Able to work efficiently, multitask, and collaborate across teams (design, content, outlet).

  8. Having a network with influencers, food bloggers, or culinary communities is a plus.

  9. Goal-oriented, proactive, and full of initiative in developing new promotional ideas.
