Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate marketing, branding, and business growth initiatives for both divisions.
  • Develop integrated strategies to strengthen market presence and profitability.
  • Supervise division managers and ensure alignment with group objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.
  • Manage budgets, performance targets, and strategic reports to the Board.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in senior management or marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in multi-sector or group business management is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
