  • Menyusun konsep brand activation sesuai obyektif marketing & brand guideline
  • Membuat RAB event, mencari vendor, dan mengontrol realisasi budget
  • Mengelola persiapan event: timeline, rundown, koordinasi internal & eksternal
  • Berkoordinasi dengan komunitas, partner, dan stakeholder event
  • Membuat laporan akhir event lengkap dengan hasil KPI, insight, dan rekomendasi

Kualifikasi

  • Berpengalaman di event/ brand activation/ Marcomm
  • Mampu menyusun budget event dan negosiasi vendor
  • Kreatif dalam membuat konsep aktivitas dan customer experience
  • Paham dasar eksekusi event
  • Mampu menyusun laporan event serta evaluasi
  • Komunikatif, detail oriented, cepat adaptasi, dan nyaman bekerja dengan deadline
