Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mass Recruitment Manager - Sales Hiring, based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Mass Recruitment Manager will oversee the high-volume hiring process for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, and developing strategies to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities include managing recruitment plans, collaborating with hiring managers, building robust talent pipelines, ensuring adherence to hiring metrics and deadlines, and improving the overall candidate experience.

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, especially in high-volume and sales-focused hiring
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to strategize and execute recruitment campaigns effectively
  • Analytical skills to track and report on hiring metrics
  • Experience in team management or leadership roles
  • Proficiency with HR tech platforms and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the staffing or workforce solutions industry is a plus
