About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Marketing Export to join our growing team at PT Indo-Rama Synthetics, Tbk' in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our export Letter of Credit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and check export LCs, including advising, amendment, and negotiation

  • Verify and ensure compliance of export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin

  • Coordinate with banks & and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare and submit export documents to banks for negotiation

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of LC export transactions

  • Assist in resolving issues related to export LCs and documents

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in export LC and documentation

  • Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms) and regulations (e.g., UCP 600)

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with export software and systems (banking systems, oracle & SAP)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, international trade)
