Persol APAC
is supporting one of our clients, a
baby products consumer goods company
, in their search for a
strategic Marketing Manager
to lead brand growth and marketing initiatives.


Location:
West Jakarta

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, evaluate, and oversee all marketing activities according to approved marketing plans.
  • Develop and implement both
    ATL and BTL programs
    in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with Business Development to identify and launch new products.
  • Lead
    digital marketing initiatives
    and stay updated on market trends.
  • Propose
    sales targets, discount budgets, and pricing strategies
    for management approval.
  • Supervise marketing programs to boost brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Prepare
    sales forecasts
    based on input from sales and market data.
  • Conduct
    market research
    and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
  • Provide
    product knowledge training
    for internal teams.
  • Monitor discount and promotional activities to ensure alignment with company policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum
    3 years of managerial experience
    in
    FMCG, Consumer Products, Distributor, or Principal
    companies.
  • Experience in the
    baby products industry
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and trend-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to be based in
    West Jakarta
    .
