Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in Sleman. The Reservations Agent will handle all aspects of reservations, including answering phone calls, managing online bookings, and handling cancellations and modifications. Additionally, the Reservations Agent will provide exceptional customer service, manage inquiries, and assist with receptionist duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing Reservations and handling related systems
  • Excellent Communication and Reservation Duties skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
