About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mandarin Assistant Manager to join our team at PT Global Jet Express' in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our leadership team, playing a crucial part in the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a wide range of administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
  2. Providing support with project management, including tracking action items, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations
  3. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner
  4. Assisting with the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as needed
  5. Translating and interpreting between Mandarin and Indonesian/English as required
  6. Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in Indonesian/English, both written and verbal
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an assistant or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
