We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role focuses on identifying and securing business opportunities for Aksoro's coaching, training, and business service packages. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with companies, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive growth.

Job Description:
- Identify potential corporate clients and actively reach out to offer Aksoro's coaching, training, and business service packages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Present customized solutions to corporate clients, highlighting how Aksoro's services can address their business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve and expand service offerings based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business consulting, coaching, or training services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Strong networking abilities and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Results-driven with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
- Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta and open to travel for client meetings when necessary.
