The opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Creative Specialist to join our dynamic team at Picket Fence Pre-School in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to promote our leading pre-school services and strengthen our brand presence in the local community.

Key responsibilities

  • Devise and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, print advertising, and community outreach initiatives
  • Design engaging visual content, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, to effectively communicate our school's offerings
  • Manage and update the school's website and online presence to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for prospective parents
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new marketing opportunities and develop strategies to showcase our unique value proposition
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community organizations and media outlets, to amplify our brand visibility

What we're looking for

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or creative role, preferably within the education or early childhood services sector
  • Exceptional creative and design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials
  • Proficient in using graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to evaluating the success of marketing initiatives
