Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Premier Life Planner, meaning the role is located in Bandung with some work-from-home flexibility. The Premier Life Planner will be responsible for offering various insurance products and providing personalized insurance solutions, advising clients on suitable insurance products, managing client relationships and developing tailored financial plans. The role involves meeting sales target, include sales activities and marketing efforts, also conducting market research and continuous professional development to enhance expertise in insurance products and services.

Qualifications

Insurance knowledge and experience

Sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets

Marketing skills with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

Experience in Banking, Life Insurance or General Insurance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Professional certification in insurance is a plus
