Job Description

About the Role You will be a team member of Financial Planning & Analysis responsible for budgeting and forecasting across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of costs, while contributing to initiatives that enhance cost effectiveness across the Bank

Key Responsibilities
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Perform Rencana Bisnis Bank / RBB and BOD meeting materials related
• Provide accurate analysis as part of insights paper to senior management
• Provide bank consolidation from segments financials


• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders—e.g., Finance, CTU, CRES (FCS), CEO Office, Operations—to align cost strategies with organizational goals.
• Identify cost-related risks; design and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through streamlined cost management practices.
