Senior Manager Marketing

to lead our integrated marketing strategy across all channels.

Job Overview

As the
Senior Manager Marketing

, you will own the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging of Importa Furniture, while leading integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, and retail channels.

This role requires a strong data-driven mindset, team leadership capability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, traffic, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the
    overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging

of Importa Furniture.
- Lead and execute
360° marketing campaigns

across digital, offline, partnerships, and retail channels.
- Drive
customer acquisition and revenue growth

through data-led decision-making.
- Optimize
conversion funnels

through testing, performance analysis, and insights.
- Oversee
creative, content, and KOL/influencer strategies

.
- Ensure
brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

.
- Collaborate closely with
Sales, Operations, and Growth teams

to maximize traffic and commercial impact.
- Lead
new product launches, program expansions, and cross-brand initiatives

.
- Manage the
marketing budget, performance metrics, KPI tracking, and reporting

.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team

to achieve high performance standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand or strategic marketing.
  • Proven success in running
    360° campaigns with strong commercial results

.
- Strong
analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability

.
- Experience in managing
teams and cross-functional stakeholders

.
- Strong skills in
paid media, creative development, and funnel optimization

.
- Background in
retail, consumer, education, or service industries

is preferred.
- Excellent
communication and project management

skills.
- Proficiency in English
