We are looking for an experienced and operationally strong Senior Executive to execute our portfolio company's insurance channel strategy. You will be the primary engine behind their clinic empanelment, ensuring their centers are registered, accessible, and preferred by Insurance providers and TPAs.

You will act as the bridge between their clinics and the payor network, ensuring that commercial terms are competitive, administrative friction is removed, and patient inflow from insurance channels grows consistently with minimal acquisition cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Empanelment & Clinic Registration (Execution)

  • Drive Registration: Execute the timely submission of credentialing applications for new and existing clinics to ensure zero gap in coverage.
  • Documentation Owner: Maintain a flawless database of provider documents, MOUs, and fee schedules. Ensure licenses and insurance policies are updated with TPAs before expiry to prevent payment blocks.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the "go-live" process for new clinics, ensuring they appear on TPA apps/websites immediately upon opening.

Commercial Analysis & Deal Facilitation

  • Rate Negotiation Support: Analyze current tariff rates against market benchmarks. Prepare data models to support the BU Head in negotiating better rates or removal of strict exclusions.
  • Contract Review: Review incoming agreements from TPAs to identify unfavorable clauses (e.g., high discount rates, long payment terms) before signing.
  • Partnership Yield: Regularly assess the profitability of each insurance partner. Identify which partners are driving volume vs. which are driving value.

Patient Acquisition (Growth)

  • Low-Cost Marketing: Work with TPA relationship managers to get our clinics listed as "Preferred Providers" or featured in their newsletters/apps without spending marketing budget.
  • Corporate Linkages: Leverage TPA relationships to gain access to corporate health talks or onsite events that drive patient footfall.
  • Referral Loops: Ensure insurance call centers have our latest clinic list and specialties so they can actively direct members to us.

Effectiveness Measurement & Reporting

  • Dashboard: Create and maintain a weekly dashboard for the BU Head tracking on New Insurance Patients, Total Insurance Revenue, Rejection/Denial Rates
  • RoIl Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of specific partnership deals
