Job Description:

  • Identify and target potential business clients through networking and research.

  • Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle – from prospecting to closing

  • Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and IT needs.

  • Recommend suitable IT solutions tailored to their goals.

  • Report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

  • A degree in Sains, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in IT or technology sectors

  • Having experience in sales within the Earth Resources Industry segment (Mining, Oil & Gas).

  • Understanding of the business applications of IT products and services.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Basic understanding of IT products/services, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, or hardware.

  • Strong capacity to close deals and manage contract terms effectively.

  • Focus on building trust and providing excellent post-sale support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (presales, technical, operations) to ensure successful project delivery

  • Proficiency in English (mandatory) & Mandarin skills will be an advantage
