The Vice Rector for Academic Affairs assists the Rector in overseeing the academic sector, including education, research, and community service. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing educational capabilities of faculty members through planning, implementation, and mentoring.
• Advancing research initiatives conducted by faculty members through planning, implementation, and mentoring.
• Establishing new study programs and managing accreditation processes.
• Coordinating educational and research collaborations with institutions domestically and internationally.
• Managing laboratory operations.
• Oversight of academic journals, books, and other literature.
• Processing and managing data related to education, research, and community service activities.
• Leading community service initiatives to address societal challenges.
• Submitting an annual report on all activities to the Rector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree from an accredited domestic or recognized foreign university.
• Civil Servant Lecturer (PNS) or Permanent Non-Civil Servant Lecturer at an accredited domestic university or recognized foreign university, holding a minimum academic rank of Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a leadership position, such as Head of a Study Program or equivalent role.
• Demonstrates integrity and strong academic track record.
• Possesses vision, insight, and interest in university development.
• Comprehensive understanding of national education system and ability to implement it effectively.
