Archipelago International is a leading hospitality management company with a diverse portfolio of over 130 hotels across the globe.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives, building relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and gather intelligence on competitors to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Trade Shows and Promotions: Participate in trade shows and sales promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Travel and Relationships: Travel to source markets to establish and develop relationships with key customers and accounts.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with corporate or government segments, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
