We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as an **HR Admin**.
- Handle all employee-related administrative tasks, including employment contracts, attendance, and other employee documents.
- Manage employee databases and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Support the recruitment process from CV screening, interview scheduling, to onboarding new employees.
- Prepare monthly reports on employee matters and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in managing employee benefits such as BPJS, leave, and other allowances.
- Coordinate with the HR team on employee training and development programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR administration.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (preferred).
**Job Type**: Contract
