Nowadays We see traffic jam is getting worse everywhere in the city. It would take anywhere around 2-6 hours to commute from home to working/business place EACH DAY. The current solution offered, does not solve the problem properly. not to mention the enactment of new regulations that are very restrictive, such as odd-even rules. And for one to purchase a landed house in the middle of the city, especially for the younger generation, is now nearly impossible. If We see in this point of view, We can see that Apartment living currently provide the best solution available (and will continue to do so in the future). With its location usually strategic to business center and other essential places in town. The completeness of facilities offered on the apartment. No wonder Apartment become the most favorable solution to this problem.

Unfortunately, finding apartment may proved to be a very tough process, especially for the first timer. Responsibility

Focus on generating new business and growing existing customers

Become an integral part in terms of communication between potential clients

**Job Description**:
Target the right client, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust based relationship

Develop / create strong partnerships and relationships with senior stakeholders in the Property Industry

Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an exiting client relationship or opportunity

Is able to identify a client problem statement, craft a value proposition that provides spesific outcomes addressing client problem
**Required Skill**: Negotiation, Selling skills & Positive attitude

**Working Days**: Weekends & Public Holiday (If needed)

Willingness to spend time out of the officer or mobile working

Own a personal vehicle & active driving lisence (SIM A / SIM C)

At least 2-3 years working experience in Sales B2B / Business Development Acquisition in related field

Preferably Experienced in Property Industry minimum 2 years
