PT Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia is a company that provides waste management service from upstream to downstream with a vision of reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
Develop, planning and implementing a legal compliance program effective for the company's entire business model, such as Waste Management Permit (level national and regional), and appropriate regional level compliance need.

Monitor and supervise the implementation of compliance within the company.

Develop and update company policies as needed.

Evaluate business activities (e.g waste collection business) to assess risks and implement appropriate mitigation.

Collaborate effectively with external parties such as consultants, notaries, Ministries, local agencies, and vendors if necessary.

Prepare legal memos for every legal issue that arises and becomes a concern company.

Draft, audit, and review agreements, contracts, and all types of documents necessary laws.

Report directly to the Legal Manager and organize effective teamwork.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Law (a must).

Have experience from the same field at least 2 years.

Have an interest in environmental issues / sustainability industry.

Good legal knowledge and excellent in drafting, also negotiating legal documents both in English and Indonesian.

Familiar with permit regulations flow at government.

A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
